  11. I use a MultiUserFS environment on my Amiga, and up until
  12. recently only one of the users used AMosaic.  Then my girlfriend
  13. got bitten by the websurfers lust and I tried to use it.  Text
  14. worked ok, but Images crashed SEVERELY!  After copying the right
  15. files to the env: directory (each user can have his own env:) we
  16. still had the same crashes.

  18. The solition was very simple, but VERY hard to find.  In the
  19. password fil for AmiTCP the names of the directories did not end
  20. with a '/' (slash).  This cause AMosaic to believe they were
  21. devicenames and it hadled it poorly.

  23. It says clearly in the docs for AmiTCP that the directorynames
  24. MUST enf with a ':' (colon) or a '/' (slash), so it was of cource
  25. my own fault.

  27. A bit of a tick, though.  My girlfriend going: "Oooh, is this all
  28. your Amiga can do..."  Well, I finally satisfied her need...
